CLLARE launch site

So far no work has been done on selecting the CLLARE launch site. However, some obvious criteria are:

• The nearer to the equator, the better (lets us use Earth's rotation to reduce delta-v for orbit insertion)
• East of launch site should be sparsely populated (e.g. East coast of a country, Western edge of a large desert)
• The easier/cheaper it is to get clearance from local aviation authorities, the better.
• The easier it is to get hardware there, the better.
