Project Mannedflight
Project Overview
The goal of project mannedflight is the design and construction of a family of highly modular and adptable manned spacecraft which are scalable through a range of flight profiles, from suborbital to circumlunar. These modules and their various configurations will form the backbone of CSTART’s first efforts at manned exploration and settlement of space.
Project Phase Structure
- Phase 1: Suborbital flight of standalone Reentry Module
- Phase 2: Orbital flight of standalone Reentry Module
- Phase 3: Orbital flight of Reentry Module mated to Orbital Module – EVA and docking possible
- Phase 4: Circumlunar flight of RM mated to OM using TLI stage
