I've become concerned about using imgur for hosting our forum images since imgur deletes images after 3 months with no hits.
Luke, I've noticed that your pictures are hosted on cstart.org. Is there any easy way to open this up for others to use?
Other suggestions for image hosting (easy, quick, no expiration)?

I have just been uploading my images to the Wiki. If you're logged in, you should see an "Upload a file" option in the "toolbox" box on the left hand navigation panel. Click on that and it'll take you to a form where you can upload an file. The Wiki is configured so that only files with an extension from a whitelist can be uploaded, but all the common image formats are on that list so you should be okay. Once you've uploaded it you'll see the image as part of a Wiki page. Either right click on the image and copy its location, or just left click on it since it links directly to itself.

I suppose there is always my desktop again. If you want, I can look into making that easy for everyone.

How much storage space do we have on this server? Will uploading images to the Wiki turn into a problem?

Hosting images on the wiki wont be an immediate problem. Until ofcourse we grow too large.
