MARS Amature Rocketry Society. From the last update to their website, I suspect that they are now defunct. At one point, however, they were trying to build a hybrid rocket to cross the boundry of space, and they had working, reasonably large hybrid engines. We might be able to get some useful info from them to jumpstart our effort, and some of their members might be interested in helping us.

NEAR (Norwegian Experimental Ameture Rocketry) is, as one might guess, a Norwegian amature rocketry organization. Some of their rockets are pretty impressive, and they are currently working on a rocket intended to reach 150 km.
