Yes, we probably should contact him. I can also get in touch with an aqauintence of mine who is a bit of a rocketry nut and his written at least one book on rockets. He hasn't done anything on this scale, but he might be of use or know people we should talk to.

I guess the question is when do we start contacting people. We should probably wait until we have 501(c)(3) status so that it looks like we are serious.

My opinion is lets start contacting people, sooner or later we will have 501(c)(3) status. I believe crowdsourcing projects should never stop, if it does the enthusiasm dies.
Heck I think we are even ready for the frontpage of reddit, but we will wait for that until we add a donate button to the website.
