"The Project: Daedalus Sub-Orbital Hybrid Rocket Program is an attempt to become the first student organization to design and build a sub-orbital sounding rocket. The Students for the Exploration and Development of Space Chapter at the University of Central Florida (SEDS-UCF) has undertook in this endeavor to increase knowledge about rocketry, increase advocacy about space exploration, and provide a feasible reusable launch vehicle for scientific projects and research in the long run. Our design is a hybrid (Nitrous Oxide/HDPE) single stage launch vehicle with onboard video, telemetry and recovery systems."
This project is technically very similar to OHKLA. It is not an open source project so they don't qualify for "Friends of CSTART" status and we can't necessarily get a lot of technical information out of them, but there is some technical detail on their website that we may want to look at for confirmation of ideas or for inspiration.
Note that this is yet another N2O oxidised suborbital rocket. Copenhagen Suborbitals are starting to look like the odd ones out for using LOX.
