I've started an OHKLA budget table in the Wiki to get a rough estimate of how much this will cost.  It's quite rough and incomplete at the moment, feel free to improve on it if you think you can.

Unless the FAA screw us over with some kind of massive license fee, it seems pretty likely that we will be able to do this for less than $10,000.

Main CLLARE workgroups: Mission Planning, Navigation and Guidance. I do maths, physics, C, Python and Java.
