Is anyone writing requirements for this project?  Someone (or some folks) need to identify exactly what the scope and objectives are going to be.  Then we can start to figure out what abilities are needed from the spacecraft and its subsystems.

Defining our goals is a very important step toward the actual mission. Without a well defined set of parameters we will continue to churn ideas without comitting to anything. I'll start a wiki page that can be edited by the team. I'm not exactly sure what this list should look like but here is a very basic start.

I'm sorry but my formatting sucks. I need to buy my new computer setup with dual monitors so I can have a cheat sheet up on the second screen (in the works).

Requirements at what level of specificity?  Broadly, the project really has one requirement: get a human to the moon, then get them back to Earth.

Or are you talking about technical requirements, e.g. how much delta-v do we need to produce at each stage, what forces does the CSM have to be able to withstand, etc?  If this, there are snippets of work in those various directions strewn about wiki pages, forum posts, Reddit posts, Google spreadsheets, etc.  There does need to be more organisation of this stuff, but this should probably be organised at the workgroup level.

Main CLLARE workgroups: Mission Planning, Navigation and Guidance. I do maths, physics, C, Python and Java.

Vehicle level requirements.  Stuff like mission life, overall reliability, safety, redundancy, performance.
