Would something like a bug tracker be useful?

Some sort of concise web interface in which to list outstanding issues and action taken on those issues?

Isn't a wiki sufficient for this? We can make a page called "Current Issues" and update it as and when required.

A Current issues wiki page could quickly become clogged and messy.

An organized bug tracker (like those used in most software projects) allows specific issues to be tracked, prioritized, triaged, discussed, updated, and resolved in a very direct, succinct, and organized manner.

Thinking more into this, I feel yes it might be good to have at a later stage.

Anyone else have thoughts on this? And know any open source solution for this?
