Here is a developed Methane/LOX rocket motor that looks pretty promosing. According to the comments the motor weights 45 lbs, produces 4000lb thrust, and consumes 17.5lb/sec of fuel. Assuming that we could build a rocket body that weighs 100lb (145 with motor) then we would have ~3,500lb of fuel capacity which would equal over 200 seconds of burn time.
