I have started a Google Docs spreadsheet that we can use for planning purposes. At the moment it is only shared with those who have @cstart.org gmail access.

Link

We can produce a similar timeline for each project.

Useful?

Thanks.  This will probably be a useful thing to have once we get a little bit busier.  For the forseeable future, though, I can't imagine us having more than one thing hapenning at any one time.

Very true. My initial intention was to find an easy way to make a roadmap for CLLARE and OHKLA. I suppose that this could fill that role too.

In my mind, the roadmap had been something kind of like a flow chart.  Each project had (an) arrow(s) under it pointing to follow on projects.  I think this does a better job of showing the dependencies between projects than a timeline like what the Google document produces.   Those timelines, however, could be quite useful for showing the various subprojects involved in a project and how they relate to one another timing wise.

This will be pretty useful for creating a timeline of each project as well. Nice.
