Forum | CLLARE and OHKLA overview post

As suggested elsewhere by Rocket-to-the-Moon:

I think that what we really need to do is make a medium length blog post that essentially details all of the mission details for OHKLA and CLLARE. A nice 10-15 minute read (with diagrams) that will leave the reader with a nice overall picture of how we plan to fly our missions. In the scheme of things CSTART (the organization) is boring, the missions are exciting and they are what will attract donors and members.
